Case 01 · Public tickets

Answer the people who never opened a ticket.

Most unhappy customers complain publicly instead of emailing support. We surface those posts within minutes and tell you which ones are actually urgent.

You hire him. He reads the public internet. You keep the judgement.

Anyone else getting 500s from the Acme API since this morning? Third time this week.

    Bug report

Most of this never enters a dashboard.

Support tools only see the conversations that reach your inbox. The angry thread on Reddit, the reply under a YouTube review, the quote-tweet at 2am — none of it lands in a queue, and by the time someone notices, the thread has a hundred upvotes.

  1. 01

Most angry customers never open a ticket. They post.

  2. 02

A visible reply on the original thread is cheaper than a churn call.

  3. 03

Bug spikes often show up in public before the status page moves.

Three plays

Ways to turn mentions into work.

  • Catch outages before the status page

Bug reports and complaints spike minutes before your monitoring catches a partial failure. An urgency threshold turns that spike into an email.

  • Route by category, not by keyword

AI separates a genuine bug report from a pricing complaint, so support and product each see only their own pile.

    @joonasw·X22m

Been waiting 6 days for a reply from Acme support. Starting to look at alternatives.

  • Close the loop publicly

Every mention keeps a link to the original post, so replying takes one click instead of a search.

Acme checkout hung for twenty minutes. Status page still green. Anyone else?

Order and method

Track the keyword.Act on the signal.

  1. Drop a support keyword.

Track your brand beside bug, down, slow, refund, not working — and the misspellings people actually type.

  2. We find public support issues.

Complaints and bug reports that never entered the helpdesk land in one feed.

  3. Urgency rises to the top.

Category and urgency keep a climbing thread above the rest of the pile.

  4. Reply where it was posted.

Every mention keeps the original link, so the recovery happens in public.

For the software that already reads your mail

Hand the reading to an agent.Keep the reply.

MCP and the API are on every plan, including the trial. A webhook can fire when a mention is filed. Nothing replies in your name.

A letter of retainer

How Buaro keeps this brief

“I do not sit in your helpdesk. I sit where the complaint was actually written, and I bring you the address.”
— M. Buaro, Consulting listener
  • Sweep brand and outage phrases on a four-hour round.
  • Separate a genuine bug from a pricing grumble.
  • Wake you when urgency crosses the line you set.

Questions about support monitoring.

01How fast is a new complaint surfaced?

Active monitors are swept every four hours. A mention is classified and, if it matches an alert rule, emailed within a few minutes of being collected.

02Can I forward mentions into my helpdesk?

Yes. Add a webhook endpoint and every classified mention is POSTed to your system with a signed payload, so you can open a ticket automatically.

03What does HerculeRadar monitor?

Public mentions across X, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn and Threads for the keywords you put in a monitor: product, brand, competitors, founder name, feature names, or the phrases your customers actually use. Active monitors are swept every four hours.

04Do people need to tag my account?

No. Matching is on the keywords you track, so a conversation can mention the product without ever tagging you.

05What counts as a mention?

A public post, reply, thread or comment that matches a tracked keyword or alias. Duplicates are collapsed so you are not reviewing the same signal twice.

06How do alerts work?

Email, Telegram or a signed webhook when a mention matches a rule you set — category, urgency, source. Nothing is auto-replied.

07Can an AI agent watch this for me?

Yes. MCP and the API are on every plan, including the trial. A webhook can fire on mention.created; the agent reads the rest through MCP with the same permissions as the dashboard.
