Terms of Service

Last updated 1 September 2026

These terms govern your use of HerculeRadar. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

1. The service

HerculeRadar collects publicly available posts matching keywords you configure, classifies them with AI, and makes them available in a dashboard, a REST API, an MCP server and webhooks. It is a listening tool. It does not post, reply or act on your behalf.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • harass, stalk, profile or target a private individual;
  • build a database about people rather than about conversations;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages to authors we surface;
  • resell raw collected content as a data feed;
  • circumvent plan limits, or share API keys outside your organisation.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, with notice where it is safe to give it.

3. Your content and our content

You keep ownership of your keywords, monitors and configuration. We keep ownership of the software and the classifications it produces. Collected posts belong to their original authors and platforms — we surface them and link to them, and neither of us acquires rights in them.

4. Plans, billing and limits

  • The trial includes 100 mentions in total and requires no card.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled.
  • Collection pauses when a plan’s mention limit is reached; we never bill overage automatically.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous operation but do not promise an uptime figure on these plans. Source platforms change without notice, and a source can become temporarily unavailable. When that happens we fail visibly — the affected scan is marked failed in your dashboard rather than silently returning nothing.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including decisions taken on the basis of an AI classification. Classifications are a triage aid, not a statement of fact.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate for breach of section 2 or for non-payment. On termination your data is deleted according to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and contact

We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before material changes take effect. Questions about these terms, privacy requests and security reports can be sent to the address published at /.well-known/security.txt.
