FAQ
Pricing questions.
- What counts as a mention?
- One collected post. If a single post matches three of your aliases, or shows up in two consecutive scans, it counts once — deduplication happens before billing, not after.
- Is there a free plan?
- There is a free trial of 10 mentions in total, not a recurring free tier. Collecting social data costs us real money on every scan, so an unlimited free plan would be dishonest pricing.
- What happens at the limit?
- Collection pauses and the dashboard tells you. No overage charges appear on your card without you choosing an upgrade.
- Do API and MCP cost extra?
- No. Every plan includes the REST API, the MCP server and webhooks. Only the per-minute rate limit differs.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing portal. The plan stays active until the end of the period.
