Can I move my history across?
Not automatically, and neither can they. Social listening tools collect forward from the day you start — what you keep is whatever you export before you cancel, which is why an export you own matters more than it sounds.
Why does this page not have a big table of ticks and crosses?
Because you would not believe it, and you would be right not to. Anything in the column about them is from their own public pages, dated, and we say plainly what they do better.
